Support

$60 / Per Session

Have a us login to your computer remotely
to help you with any questions or issues you may have.
(We may also recommend services that should be completed).

Computer Repair

$100 / Hour

Is your computer not booting?
Is Dr. Debug showing an error?
Do you need Hardware / Software Installed?
(ie. hard drives, RAM, graphics cards, power supplies, software, etc.)

Note: The hourly rate does not include
the price of parts and/or software.

Malware / Virus Removal

$325 / Flat Fee

Are you getting random pop-ups?
Does something seem weird with your computer?
Are you receiving calls that your computer has been infected?
We will diagnose & remove malware / viruses from your computer.

Computer Cleanup

$175 / Flat Fee

Do you need updates done to your computer?
Does your computer need a good dusting?
Do you need thermal paste re-applied?

We will go over your computer & re-apply thermal paste to the CPU, give the PC a good cleaning/dusting & update all software and/or programs.

Note: No guarantee that all software
and/or programs will be updated

Fresh Install – Windows

$350 / Flat Fee

We will wipe & install a Fresh copy of Windows 10/11

Note: We do not backup customer files
& all files will be lost.

Drive Clone & Install

$100 / Hour

We will install your SSD / HDD & clone the drive you are looking to upgrade / replace.

Note: Cloning a hard drive, especially one showing signs of failure, can be risky. While cloning can help preserve data, it’s important to be aware of the risks.

Note: If the drive clone takes more than 4 hours, it will be capped at a $400 charge. (This is NOT a data recovery service)

Disclaimer: Xpert Services include us coming to your home or business and picking up your computer for repair. At the time of scheduling the service you will be provided with an approximate turnaround time for the service you requested. Approximates times are not guaranteed and if for any reason the timeline has to be extended, you will be contacted before any repairs or installs are started. The pricing listed above is for customers within a 25 mile radius of Denton, MD, an additional service fee may apply for customers outside of the 25 mile radius.

Xtended Support Package

$400 / per year

Note: You may add additional computers
to this package for $300 per computer

Package Includes:

  1. Remote Support via Splashtop SOS (unlimited – must schedule an appointment for each session)
  2. Computer Cleanup (1 per year)

Streamer Support Package

$700 / per year

Note: You may add additional computers
to this package for $500 per computer

Package Includes:

  1. VIP Remote Support via Splashtop Streamer App (unlimited – response from a Nerd within 3 hours)
  2. Computer Cleanup (2 per year)
  3. Splashtop Antivirus powered by Bitdefender (you may opt-out of this install)

NOTE: This package requires a recognition / shoutout on your channel & you are required to verify you are a streamer (ie. youtube, twitch, kick, etc.).

Xtreme Support Package

$800 / per year

Note: You may add additional computers
to this package for $600 per computer

Package Includes:

  1. VIP Remote Support via Splashtop Streamer App (unlimited – response from a Nerd within 3 hours)
  2. Computer Cleanup (2 per year)
  3. Splashtop Antivirus powered by Bitdefender (you may opt-out of this install)

Disclaimer: Response from a Nerd does not guarantee a fix will be made within those 3 hours. A Nerd will reach out to you to confirm your issue(s) and your issue(s) will take priority over other appointments that are scheduled (a nerd will respond during the hours of 8:00 AM Eastern to 10:00 PM Eastern, unfortunately we do not offer a 24 hour on call service for this). Package prices are per computer, if you would like to add multiple computers to a Xtended Support Package then pro-rated fees will apply. By signing up for the VIP Remote Support you agree to download & install the Splashtop Streamer App, this app will give Nerd Xperts unattended access to your computer and allow us to better serve your remote support needs.
